Giles is a principal consultant providing strategic thinking and visioning for clients in supporting their plans for transformation, smart building & workplaces.

His more recent experience includes running client workshops and visioning sessions to align smart technologies with operations process.  He also understands value of data that can be extracted across varying building technologies and systems having previously run a workplace utilisation platform. His view is capturing the data is only one part of the puzzle, the real value lies within the analysis to create actionable insights for decision-making and continuous optimisation for real estate.

Giles has worked on both the developer and occupier side, giving him an appreciation of how to ensure that all stakeholders gain from the implementation of smart technologies.
